I'm Christine Staten. Veterinarian, practice owner, and founder of Veterinary MBA.
Over the last 20 years I built, ran, and grew a team of 53 people, including 11 vets, across two locations. The part I'm proudest of? They don't need me there solving every problem and managing every move for the practice to thrive.
That didn't happen overnight and it wasn't luck.
