 There is no minimum practice size, revenue level, or years in business required. Couples still in the planning stages of their first practice will find as much value as couples who've been building together for twenty years. The tools, frameworks, and strategies we cover are relevant at every stage. What matters isn't where you are, it's that you're committed to building something great together.

This is not a marriage retreat. There will be no trust falls, no vulnerability circles, and no couple’s therapy. This is a business retreat for veterinary practice owners who happen to be married to each other. We'll cover tax strategy, estate planning, practice building, role clarity, and communication within a working partnership. The goal isn't to fix your relationship, it's to give you the tools to make sure building a business together makes your relationship stronger, not harder. Neil and I aren't therapists. No. The $650/night rate under the Veterinary MBA block covers double occupancy, full breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily for both guests, one activity per person per day (horseback riding on 20,000 acres, 18-hole golf with cart, trap shooting, or archery), plus complimentary access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, hiking trail transportation, shopping shuttle to downtown Wickenburg, and all on-site ranch activities.
