I’ve been a veterinary practice owner for over 20 years. I have made great decisions and poor decisions for my practice and my people. I want to engage other business owners in conversations that improve the profession and help veterinary practices thrive by helping owners run their practice better.
In an effort to learn how to better manage her business, at the age of 50, Dr. Staten went back to school for her MBA. She found the information so practical and applicable to her own business and knew she had to share it with other practice owners. Thus Veterinary MBA was born.
